Accommodations
June is the high-season at Lake Arrowhead. It is HIGHLY recommended you secure accommodations at the Resort or a local short-term rental once you have purchased your ticket(s). Please call Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa Reservations 888-914-7408 if you need assistance booking your stay.
We have a small Room Block that can be found here (please make sure to set the dates correctly)
The room block closes on May 20th.
What is the closest Airport?
Lake Arrowhead is a destination location approx 1.5 hours from Los Angeles.
There are several airports in the area.

• (LGB) Long Beach approx 1hr 50 min drive
• (ONT) Ontario approx 1 hr drive
• (SNA) Orange County/John Wayne/Santa Ana approx 1 hr 40 min drive

Tickets
How much are Tickets?
Early Bird Tickets: $995 (Pricing ends June 6th)
Discounted Tickets: $1495 (June 7th to June 16th)
At The Door Tickets: $1995 (Available at the door)
MJM Member Tickets: $500 (Pricing ends June 6th)
What is the deadline for buying a ticket?
The deadlines for various pricing is available above. If you know you are coming, we highly encourage you to secure your ticket well in advance and book your accommodations. It's high-season at Lake Arrowhead, one of the premier vacation destinations in Southern California. Accommodations may not be available closer to the retreat.
Is there a VIP Upgrade?
No. We are not offering a VIP Upgrade for this event.
Can I sell my ticket?
No. Tickets are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please see our Refund Policy.
What is the Refund Policy?
If you require a refund, you must contact mjm@matthewferry.com no later than May 20, 2024 (30 days before the event).
Can I buy bulk tickets?
We do not offer bulk or group pricing.
What are the terms and conditions associated with buying tickets?

General FAQ
What is the dress code?
Business Casual: Consider layers as air conditioning can get cool, and you may be outside for breaks and meals where it's warmer. Sunglasses are always a good idea in Southern California.
Are there sponsorship opportunities for my business?

Does the resort offer free parking?
Yes.
Are pets allowed in the Event?
No.
If you have a service animal, please reach out to us in advance so we can help coordinate.
Will there be any meals provided with my Event ticket?
No. The resort has a restaurant onsite and is walking distance to Lake Arrowhead Village where there are lots of options. The local Stater Brothers grocery store is nearby as well.
Will there be an event app that we can download?
No, we do not have an app at this time.
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
No, recording or live-streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!
Is there a Facebook Group for the event?
Not at this time. If we decide to create one, all attendees will be invited.
Seating
Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
No.
Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?
Yes. Special Early Access is available. Please reach out admin@matthewferry.com
Can I "save seats"?
In order to be fair and respectful to all attendees, we discourage saving seats.
