If you are placing an order for a book, event or course please follow these instructions for the best experience we can provide your friend.
Use your friend's name, not yours. The sweetest sound to a person is their own name. When we are communicating with your friend, we'd like to use their name.
Use your friend's email address, not yours. Our books, events and courses come with digital training programs and other freebies that are delivered via email. If we do not have your friend's email address, they will NOT receive everything included in the order. Our system checks for duplicate orders and contacts by using the email address. As such, even if you use a different name but use your email address to place an order our system won't know it's for someone else.
If you're buying a book or other physical product, be sure to use your friend's shipping address. This one is pretty self-explanatory, if we don't have the correct address for them they won't receive the order.
You can use your credit card information with your friend's name, email and address. Our system will still be able to process the transaction AND your friend will get everything included in the order.
If you are buying a ticket to an event and you don't know who you will be bringing yet, we MUST know who it is at least 30 days prior to the event. Send an email to clientcare@matthewferry.com with your friend's information (name & email address) no later than 30 days prior to the event. Our events come with bonus trainings and information necessary to be best prepared for the event. If we don't have your friend's name and email address at least 30 days prior to the event, they will not receive the included trainings and other necessary information & event details.
