The Ultimate Guide For Getting The Most Out Of Epic Life Live

No Late Arrivals
This is not your typical seminar/retreat. The event starts at 10am sharp on Saturday. Plan to come early to have time to visit the registration table, find a seat and get settled in. In  a  nutshell: please be on time.

Consider layers as air conditioning can get cool, and you may be outside for breaks and meals where it's warmer. Sunglasses are always a good idea in Orange County.
Screen-Free Event
Please turn off (yes, off) all devices before entering the room.
  • ​Without a phone, tablet or laptop to distract you, you can be fully present and in the moment. That's how you will get the most out of this event.
  • ​When you are distraction free, you are not distracting those around you. Trust us, they will appreciate it
  • ​There will be plenty of breaks to check your phone and handle the details of your life.
  • ​Plus, we don't start until 10am. Lots of time to handle email and things before the event.
  • ​So turn off your electronics and enjoy everything Epic Life Live has to offer.
Pre-Event Prep
Here are some steps you can take the week or so before the event will make a difference:
  • ​Get enough sleep. No kidding. For the next week, I request that you make sure you get plenty of sleep, and then some. (I try to sleep at least 9 hours a night)
  • ​Reduce your sugar intake. Sugar weakens the body. It’s degrading. The less you put in, the less amount of energy the body needs to process it out of your system.
  • ​Reduce or eliminate your alcohol intake (aka sugar). Same as above, except alcohol comes with other toxins. BTW, I am not anti-drinking. I am pro having the body in an optimal state.
  • ​Increase your intake a healthy foods, and reduce the crap. You know how.
