Here's how it works...
- You are joining Matthew and Kristen Ferry from September 21st to 26th at the Grand Luxxe Residences at the Vidanta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico (minutes north of Puerto Vallarta).
- To get started, simply make a $100 refundable deposit to reserve your place today

Once your deposit is complete, you'll fill out a quick form telling us if you are attending solo, or with a friend/spouse.

Within 24 - 72 hours, Kristen or Donna will follow up with any questions, and to confirm availability.
- Availability is first come, first served.
- The King Suite is reserved for a single or couples only.
- The Queen Suites are Double Occupancy (one individual per bed) Queen Suites are for same-sex only.
- One & Two bedroom private suites may be available on request.

Please book your flights AFTER your reservation has been confirmed and paid in full.

Payment in full is due within 7 days of making your $100 deposit.

If for some reason, we are unable to complete your reservation, we will refund your $100 deposit

Once everything is confirmed, please book your flights to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A passport is required to visit Mexico.

Once we recieve your flight itinerary, we will send you a welcome packet with vital information about your trip, what to expect, how to get there, etc.
- Matthew and Kristen are taking you to one of their all-time favorite resorts. They will give you tips and tricks for making travel to the resort easy.

Space is extremely limited. If you have questions, we encourage you to place your $100 refundable deposit to lock in your spot. From there, Kristen and Donna can address any of your questions.
- To make sure we are all on the same page, please read the fine print so you know what to expect regarding refunds and other details about your week with us in Mexico.

Tickets are non-transferable. That means the ticket is for the individual named above, only. Requests for a refund will be honored until Sept 30th, and are subject to a $500 handling fee. From August 1st on, refunds are NOT available.
