Matthew, I just wanted to say thanks for everything that you did for me in your one on one coaching program. Last time we talked I was moving to Phoenix and getting a Corporate Real Estate Job. I am embarrassed to say, that I have been struggling throughout my career. My waking life consisted of constant worry and stress about money. I have been to dozens of real estate classes and self improvement seminars with results for the first few days, but nothing ever stuck. I was about to turn 50 years old, and the thought of giving up was on the horizon. Matthew Ferry and coaching with Roya helped me realize my fear was controlling my life. In one exercise I realized the problem and fixed it. I now have about 15 to 17 listings, and about 5-7 open escrows in the one of the worst markets I ever worked in. I am blowing away all my sales records and income records. My phone is constantly ringing with people wanting to do business with me. I have 2 assistants to help me maintain a 9-5 schedule and I rarely work weekends. My wife loves me and I actually listen to her. I am so proud of myself, the husband and father I have become.
