Here’s some examples: The company that takes our MLS pictures just closed down. How hard would it be to form a new company? You need some digital cameras, a car and time. The pictures that the former company took were just OK…

Many sellers can’t sell their properties, so are renting instead. I’m trying to get my broker to form a property management company (I have the experience) so that we can service our agents and their clients. We don’t have to manage the world…just a few local properties.

I think it’s called thinking outside the box. Too few are doing that.
