I intend to give an inspirational speech today to 50 mothers and 50 high school daughters on the soul of a community, the gift of contribution from creation, to giver to receiver and the stiches of your life and a womens life beome truly an adult….graditude and the biggest lesson of all LOVE….and to pass it on to the next generation. I thank the men who were with me on this journey on soul level, the community and the few family members that were there … I was blessed to have them on my journey and creation of my life and my dreams…I am one of the very lucky ones …thank you. I Thank the universe for the women I met along the way and I know their journey will have safe passage and mega success. Thank you! We have all become ….and we are creating the next generation and our now. I thank the universe for my best friend who inspired me to become the best mother, wife, citizen and professional sales person today who always had the time for me and who was always there for Ryan and me. I know today it is love. Thank you.

I thank the universe for my home, my new bedroom and gift of awesome holiday season and all the romance that is in it …
And my perfect life with my perfect loving friends and my perfect town and Ryan’s perfect school I am so very blessed …and all the clients who set appointments and said Yes I thank the unverse for sending them to me. Amen

I am grateful to God for providing me with one short sale closing per month and earning me $10,000 per month or better.

I am grateful to God for bringing me the perfect relationship, a man who loves, honors and respects me and chooses to spend a lifetime with me.

I am grateful to God for introducing me to companies that choose to help their work force avoid injuries, through orthotics, providing me an income of $5000 per month or better and giving me an equity position in the company that will provide for my retirement.

I am greatful that the gifts I have given Intero, GB and JT have been passed on ….and have raised the bar in real estate. Way Cool! The day is here ….the real estate profession I have always dreamed of is here …

I am greatful for my partners on my new products for clients and realtors and natural gas users and the new ones in helping them to reduce cost, save money and help them to also have a streamline of income and for myself to have a mega streamline of income. Thank you universe

I am greatful for my creation of BE GREEN Give Coats get a coat that it was the first ever in the universe and for the buckets of coats that went to children. I am greatful for the newspaper articles, the partnerships and thinking bigger and the many parties I have been invited to because of my contribution …the new friends I have made and new Corporate Partners. I greatful for my invite to the Four Seasons today and that a collection of coats will go out to people and children I will never know but I know tonight in my heart what a big a difference the gift of coat makes from financial, physical, emotional and mental health to a family. It is way more then a piece of cloth. It is a yes …I am greatful that a huge fondation is considering to do this nationally if not globally …I am greatful for my coaches, John Thompson, Gino and Tom T and Tom Ferry for being there from concept to reality.
And for Mathew for helping craft my vision letter of contribution and for the year…I greatful for the Gap party invitation ….and I am greatful for the story I walking by and seeing some one throw out coats and creating a win win for the giver, the receiver, the corporate sponsor, the community, the global and for making it cool to be green and cool to give …I am greatful for the highschool students who will copy this and that I made a difference to them by action of contribution and they are passing it on ….what a wow and what a celebration.

I am grateful for friends …and a magical night last night in Los Altos with my son at the Christmas parade to the Christmas cookies and music. I am grateful for his school, teachers and principal to making it a win win for Ryan and that he is loved and he is exceling.
