I love it- sometimes those waves appear like title waves surrender to them and you can ride the wave all the way to the shore. I now believe the power of surrendering totally. About 3 weeks ago I was defining my whole existence by one deal! My drunk monkey kept telling me " if you don't double end this deal you are finished this is the most important deal to date financially, you blow it it's over, you'll have to quit real estate, let's face it you will never be able to sell bigger ticket homes on and on and on..." Finally, I surrendered and said, it is what it is and went back to being happy and living! The minute I surrendered not only did I feel free, the peace that came over me was tremendous. Since then not only have I done 4 more deals listed 2 more homes, guess what I am about to take and sell a bigger ticket homes 1.1 mill to be exact. Matt I have made a point of surrendering on a daily basis and is it ever Magical!! Thanks for your guidance as a coach how can I ever repay the wonderful things you have given me. Humbly yours Mary.
