This was the first Matthew Ferry video I watched about a year ago when I was stalled out and in a rut. At first I was was skeptical and dismissive of Matthew and his approach, but once I actually put the ideas into action, things really started to really work for me. He is not some bigshot “guru” who touts unattainable theories, which is why I can relate to the stuff he puts out. The strategies he talks about are actually REALLY effective at getting you unstuck and moving quickly towards constructive outcomes. They are very simple but get results. He has some other good audio programs on iTunes that are worth a look.
Hey Matthew. I like this as a very simple idea for anyone who has not started a practice like this. I will pass it along. I already have some pretty good habits and visualize daily…happy girl here
Thanks for all you do,
Christine
Awesome video. This type of positive coaching is definitely needed in the world. Keep up the great work and lifting people’s spirits.
Matthew, just by watching you, listening to you, I get back into an exquisite feeling of joy! Thank you for the reminder! Love and gratitude<3
Great exercise that works. Thanks.
Matthew, thank you for this reminder…you brought me back to the basics of where everything successful, good and full of joy has stemmed from…gratitude and your secret 10 10 visualization and most importantly, writing it all down daily!
You have always been my role model in this area and will continue to be!
In Gratitude!

Matthew, In the last month I have doubled my sales.
I bought a little toy monkey and keep it in my desk.
When I start to doubt myself, I pull it out, look it in the eyes and then throw it back in my desk. My negative thoughts dissapear and I feel happy again.
When your a happy person everything changes in your life. People want to be around you.
I named my monkey Mo.
Thanks Matthew!!
Dear Metthew,
This is where it all begun. One night, few months ago I was so depressed because of some shock that happened to me. I had no lead to follow, I felt like I had no one, no one loves me, no one care of me and so and so and so…
Thanks god I googled for some help and this is where I’ve stopped and this was the beginning for the blast in my mind. I followed the 15 strategies and now continuing the Ridiculous Bliss audio series. Day after day I started to become better and stronger.
Thank you
Bottom line – this helped – thank you!
hey matthew!!
it ws good listemin u.i really likd it.
i hope it works.
n one more thng, can i share my problem personally to u?
Mathew,
It is amazing how what a person needs shows up when it’s suppose to. A few days a go a friend committed suicide and obviously I have been bummed out. Just listening to the short video, it reminded me of what I new how to do. It also got me thinking about the 10 things I’m greatful for. Now I have to put it all to work. Thanks for kicking the drunk monkey in the head.

Matthew,
I met you years when I was doing Real Estate at Prudential with Hal Lurtsema….you came to our office for a week. You are amazing…..I’m going to use your help to help me get out of “the funk” Thanks!
I like your humble approach. Gratitude is a great start. I think the next step is to take a leap of faith and put an intention into your mind. Next it is important to put energy into that intention…visualize…work hard. All success depends on preparation. Dream it and take a leap of faith. Gratitude helps you to awaken ideas and possible passions…so you can have no limits to possibilities.

Thanks for the reminder Matthew! I did this for along time and I’ve fallen out of the habit of doing it, tonight I will begin again!

Matthew–
Met you years ago…loved you then…as I do today. Really good, basic information to transform your life. My gratitude statements are ingrained and I repeat them often. My world is an awesome place!
Matthew, thanks for the continued help in getting me on the right track to my goals and happiness, love the video. – Eric
Matthew, I am one of the 8,000 you have coached and for any one who is skeptical….Matt is real and what he says works. It worked for me. This video is a summary of what you have been teaching us for years. It is a great viedo. Thank you for reaching out and giving us your warm heart and soul. Love, Noemi
Noemi, thank you for the validation.
Thank you Matthew for the reminder. You know I am your biggest fan. Your courses and coaching changed my life tremendously. I am peaceful all the time and no matter what happens in life, I know everything will be okay and I won’t fear.
I acheived this through your coaching and this video was a quick review of everything I learned. Thank you so much. If I ever win an Oscar, or Noble prize or anything similar, YOU are the first person I will thank.
keep doing what you’re doing.
