And really the concept of "the boss" with all your life lessons doesn't that also leave all of us re: of our role ...we are all the boss of our own lifes ....This was a way cool lesson and I guess even from bosses when they start taking radical responsibility it is a two way street and it brings clarity to all, events, situations, peoples profession, personal, family and love lifes...and now we live in a world that is transparency( which is another great lesson you taught).....RADICAL RESPONSIBLITIY WITH TRUE TRANSPARENCY ....(really I think that brings huge respect ....and I learned that from you, Thanks, Mathew!) You are an awesome coach .... WAY COOL, MATHEW! What a powerful shift asking this question creates: "How am I creating this?" Not only does it say, "okay, I'm accountable", it says, "I am powerful." If we can create the "bad stuff" we can certainly create the "good stuff." Comes back to awareness and choice, doesn't it. Thank you for your inspiring article.
