Are You In Harmony With Others Like Rayna?

istock_000003178724smallI’m happy to be helping so many people find ridiculous bliss in this crazy world.  Here’s Rayna’s testimony and a link to my free 15-day eCourse to get you on the path as well.

“I just wanted to send you a quick note about how your work changed me/my life.  I was feeling a little lost when i found your work, and the one thing that I took most to heart was your advice to have “total and complete acceptance of all people, at all times, in all situations, including myself”.  I felt there was something to this, so I started putting it into practice.  When I noticed judgments coming up, I just noticed them for what they are (monkey mind), and gently let them float away.  After doing this for several weeks, I noticed that something miraculous happened.  It was not a choice any longer that I had to make each time a situation came up.  It was my natural state.  I see everyone for who they are on a soul level, and more than just accepting everyone, I love them!  I have this intense feeling of love for everyone I meet, and even people in my life that I previously would judge and hold resentments towards.  So, thank you for that powerful bit of advice, it’s really made a difference in my life.”

Should You Drop Your Current Job For What’s Next?

One of my clients made the big mistake of dropping everything to chase a new dream.  This does not honor step 2 of the 8 step mega manifesting process (check out a video here).  Your new dream is a function of your current situation.  Even if they seem unrelated.

The energy of your current life will be transferred into your new project so you need to keep the energy of your current life going.  If you drop what you are doing now, you will lower your power level and slow down the new dream.

There will be a point at which you just can’t maintain your old life any longer and it will naturally fall away.  Until then, just keep doing what you are doing and play the Contribution Game with everyone!

5 Reasons the Mind Gets So Worried

Worried

Worried

Last night I had one of those nights where my mind worried.  Using my techniques, I didn’t pay much attention.  But I used to get gripped by the madness.  Laying there not able to do anything about any concern because it’s midnight, I’m in my PJ’s and I’m trying to go to sleep for God’s sake!.  Those were some bad nights.

The trick to getting some distance from the insanity of The Drunk Monkey happens to be my main philosophy: “Total and complete acceptance of all people in all situations at all times, including myself.”

So, last night I was practicing total acceptance and I didn’t get wrapped up in the drama.  But I did begin to notice the source.  And that’s what this post is about.  Those conditions that make my mind (and probably yours too) worried.

5 Conditions That Were Present Prior To The Night of Worry

1.  Not enough sleep.  I’ve been burning the midnight oil for about two weeks straight completing some projects.

2.  Too much work!  I have agreed to do some new projects for my father’s company which was basically a choice to work more.

3.  Minimal fitness training.  Because the above dominoes fell, I choose to work out less.  If I work out four days a week, I feel great.  If I work out less, I feel less then great.

4.  Eating poorly.  I notice that when I’m tired and exhausted, I’m drawn to sugar, carbs, fat and caffeine.  An energetically lethal combo when overdone  (for my body/mind/spirit).

5.  And finally to top it all off… Labor Day party-filled weekend.  If my equilibrium wasn’t trashed already, then two straight days of beach, eating bad and minimal sleep tipped me right over the edge.

The Results:  My mind goes crazy with worry, doubt, fear about the future and tries to keep me awake.  Thank God I have the tools to ignore it or this would be a very hard week.

By the way, I’m doing a FREE training call Wednesday called…
